This work focuses on perceiving metropolitan territories as complex structures, which must be approached in a systemic and holistic way for a better understanding of the multiple transformations and dynamics existing in the socio-ecological system that converge. Understanding these relationships as the fundamental basis for the consolidation of the main structuring environmental axes that give rise to large urbanizations. For the case study carried out on the Central-West Metropolitan Territory, the explanation of the ecosystemic dynamics identified from its main ecological structure was carried out. This structure is in charge of the conservation of the multiple dynamics and ecosystemic flows recognized in the AMCO socio-ecological system, based on the analysis of the main environmental axes that conform it and that will be key as environmental structures that will facilitate the ecosystemic processes in the territory
