Las imposiciones y el comportamiento de la industria farmacéutica colombiana han llevado a las empresas del sector a transformarse y avanzar de forma rápida, sin dejar de lado las normativas que los rigen (mencionadas en el marco legal de este proyecto, numeral 4.2), como por ejemplo la resolución 1604 de 2013 que determina las condiciones a cumplir de aquellos medicamentos que queden pendientes por entregar a los pacientes, la cual indica que el tiempo máximo para dar cumplimiento a estos pendientes es de 48 horas a partir del momento de su generación.
En los últimos años la empresa Audifarma S.A. ha tenido un crecimiento exponencial que la ha llevado a obtener grandes resultados y sin duda un excelente posicionamiento en el mercado, esto ha causado también numerosos cambios dentro de su operación y desarrollo. Además, su capital humano se ha incrementado conforme lo va exigiendo el alcance que ha obtenido a nivel nacional y ahora internacional. Así mismo, se ha aumentado la generación de pendientes por lo que la capacidad de la empresa para responder y dar cumplimiento a estos se ha visto afectada. Por lo tanto, en este proyecto de grado se presenta la situación actual en la atención de pendientes y traslados de inventarios entre centros de atención de la empresa y los elementos claves a tener en cuenta para estos procesos mediante un diagnóstico especifico donde se analizan los indicadores de impacto, siendo los más importantes de la organización el nivel de servicio y la oportunidad de entrega de pendientes y de acuerdo a la información analizada se realiza la propuesta de la herramienta que permite tener a los centros de atención una red de apoyo mediante sus inventarios para la atención oportuna de los pendientes.
The impositions and behavior of the Colombian pharmaceutical industry have driven the sector’s companies to transform and advance quickly, without neglecting the regulations that govern them (mentioned in the legal framework of this project, numeral 4.2). For example, resolution 1604 of 2013, which determines the conditions to be fulfilled for those medicines that are deliveries pending to patients, which indicates that the maximum time to fulfill with these delivery is 48 hours from the moment of their origination. In recent years the company Audifarma S.A. has had an exponential growth that has drives it to obtain great results and without a doubt an excellent position in the market, this has also propelled numerous changes within its operation and development. Besides, the human capital´s company has increased as required by the national and international reach obtained, and In the same way, the origination of pending deliveries has increased, so the company's ability to respond and comply with them has been affected. Therefore, this graduation project presents the current situation in the management of deliveries pending and transfers of inventories between service centers of the company and the key elements to be taken into account for these processes through a specific diagnosis where the impact indicators are analyzed, the most important of the organization being the level of service and the opportunity to fulfill with the deliveries pending and according to the information analyzed the proposal of the tool is done, wich allows the attention centers to have a support network through their inventories for the timely attention of the deliveries pending is made.
