r's Degree in Integrated Quality Management Systems, had as its main objective to design a comprehensive process approach model for performance improvement in the case study Finca Villa Carolina of the Municipality of Buesaco, Nariño; based on the normative requirements for ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 14001: 2015 and ISO 45001: 2018 and the requirements associated with the Origin Nariño, Rainforest and UTZ seals, aligned in the model from the three pillars of sustainability (Environmental, economic And social). For this, a diagnostic matrix is developed that determined the comprehensiveness of the model and established its relationship with sustainability, obtaining as a result the performance of the farm at the time of applying the diagnosis. Based on the diagnosis and the criteria obtained, a methodological guide is designed that allows the application of the model in a clear and illustrative way. Finally, the application of the guide is carried out, evidencing an improvement in the performance of the farm case study and from which a series of recommendations are determined in the application, as part of the improvement phase of the iterative cycle in which structure; Ultimately it ends up being a success case that can serve as a pilot to be replicated in various coffee farms, since it proposes a validation of the designed model with possible adjustments and improvements.
