Desarrollo estructural para el acompañamiento integral de los estudiantes de pregrado de la universidad tecnológica de Pereira

Abstract

Uno de los temas más representativos y retadores en la educación superior corresponde a la permanencia, por ello con este artículo se busca generar una propuesta de estructura requerida por una universidad de Colombia para la ejecución del acompañamiento Integral orientado a estudiantes de pregrado, la cual apoyará el mejoramiento de su funcionamiento frente a las necesidades de la comunidad universitaria. Por lo tanto, los investigadores la desarrollan a través de un abordaje de la documentación histórica estratégica, un análisis de benchmarking que permitió analizar la institución de educación superior base de estudio con 21 universidad de Colombia acreditadas en alta calidad, y encuestas dirigidas a estudiantes de pregrado.

One of the most representative and challenging issues in higher education corresponds to permanence, therefore, this article seeks to generate a proposal of the structure required by a Colombian university for the implementation of the Integral Accompaniment oriented to undergraduate students, which will support the improvement of its operation in the face of the needs of the university community. Therefore, the researchers develop it through an approach of the strategic historical documentation, a benchmarking analysis that allowed analyzing the higher education institution based on the study with 21 Colombian universities accredited in high quality, and surveys directed to undergraduate students.
