La Alianza Empresarial para un Comercio Seguro BASC, es una alianza empresarial internacional que promueve un comercio seguro en cooperación con gobiernos y organismos internacionales, esta se ha consolidado como modelo mundial de los programas de cooperación, gracias a la asociación exitosa entre el sector empresarial, aduanas, gobiernos y organismos internacionales que lograron fomentar procesos y controles seguros. En la presente investigación, se definieron las características y requisitos documentales necesarios con el propósito dedefinir los lineamientos de la norma y el estándar para certificar la empresa Ecolombia Fruits S.A.S en un sistema de gestión de control y seguridad, esta necesidad identificada mediante una caracterización de la empresa con sus respectivos procesos misionales y de apoyo, así como un diagnóstico preliminar mediante lista de chequeo del cumplimiento de los requisitos tanto de la norma como del estándar BASC versión 5 del 2017. Como resultados, se identificó que el sistema de control y seguridad permite confirmar el trabajo de control en todos los procesos productivos, empaque, embarque y de transporte de la carga que va con destino al exterior, garantizando que la carga no tiene posibilidades de contaminación (contrabando y drogas) en ninguna etapa hasta llegar al destino final.
The BASC Business Alliance for Secure Trade is an international business alliance that promotes secure trade in cooperation with governments and international organizations. It has established itself as a global model for cooperation programs, thanks to the successful association between the business sector, customs, governments, and international organizations that managed to promote safe processes and controls. In the present investigation, the necessary documentary characteristics and requirements were defined with the purpose of defining the guidelines of the norm and the standard to certify the company Ecolombia Fruits SAS in a control and security management system, this need identified through a characterization of the company with their respective missionary and support processes, as well as a preliminary diagnosis through a checklist of compliance with the requirements of Norma and Standard BASC version 5 of 2017, which showed that only 52% of the Norma and 32% of the Standard. It was concluded that the certification allows to confirm the control work in all the productive processes, packaging, loading and transport of the cargo that goes abroad, guaranteeing that the cargo has no possibility of contamination (smuggling and drugs) at any stage. until reaching the final destination.
