Esta investigación parte de la necesidad de generar procesos educativos pertinentes y
contextualizados en la Institución Etnoeducativa Integral Rural Internado Indígena de Siapana
ubicada en el resguardo Indígena Wayuu de la Zona Norte Extrema de la Alta Guajira, en el
municipio de Uribia. En ese sentido, se diseñó una propuesta de Proyecto Pedagógico
Transversal que implementa el Proyecto Etnoeducativo de la Nación Wayuu Anaa Akua’ipa. Para
este fin, se evaluó el conocimiento y la implementación de estos proyectos dentro de la
institución; de igual forma, gracias a la revisión documental, se establecieron las potencialidades
y las limitaciones de cada uno para posteriormente establecer puntos de convergencia entre los
dos proyectos. Del proceso anterior, nace una propuesta de PPT que desde la implementación del
Anaa Akua’ipa pretende sentar los cimientos de una Educación Propia e Intercultural dentro de la
institución educativa.
This research is based on the need to generate pertinent and contextualized educational processes in the Siapana Indigenous Boarding School, located in the Wayuu Indigenous reservation of the Extreme North Zone of Alta Guajira, in the municipality of Uribia. In this sense, a proposal for a Transversal Pedagogical Project was designed to implements the Ethno-educational Project of the Wayuu Anaa Akua'ipa Nation. For this porpuse, the knowledge and implementation of these projects within the institution was evaluated; In the same way, the documentary was review and the potentialities and limitations of each document based to later establish points of convergence between the two projects. From the previous process, a PPT proposal was emerge that, since the implementation of the Anaa Akua'ipa, intends to lay the foundations of a Own and Intercultural Education within the educational institution.
