The arrival of new technologies and their integration into the educational context have restructured and questioned the training processes to understand the new forms and modes in which we operate according to current realities; This research with a qualitative approach of hermeneutic paradigm questions the weaknesses that exist in the training processes with the implementation of technological tools when the potential at a cognitive level is not explored where the subjects can be favored in multiple ways, that is why, points to the main objective Develop creativity and collaboration in the school context from the implementation of processes mediated by radio, in the ninth grade students of La Salle de Pereira school. In order to answer this question, it was developed a qualitative research proposal of radio mediation with ninth-grade students of the La Salle Pereira school, identifying elements that allowed them to transform their training practices, generating dynamics that would contribute to the construction of a reflective judgment. referring to the superficial use of tools aiming for a critical understanding of the environment that surrounds them. In this way, from the perspective of different authors, the conceptual categories that lead us to understand from their theoretical basis the issues that frame this research were emphasized, such as Pierre Levy (2004) with cyberculture and collective intelligence, Mario Kaplún (1999) school radio, José Manuel Tornero (2020) media coverage, Howard Gardner (1995) Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi (1998) creativity. As a result, a work guide for teachers is proposed, which emerged from the process of exchanging experience as a design of a mediated educational strategy for them, where interaction experiences are promoted for diverse, changing educational contexts, establishing the mediation with devices to enhance creative and collaborative skills and at the same time motivate processes with specific purposes.
